Miladın ilk yüzyıllarında yazıldığını/çizildiğini düşündüğümüz bu resim ve figürler, Sibirya’dan başlayıp Fransa’ya hatta Portekiz’e kadar uzanan coğrafya içinde bulunanların en önemlilerindendir. Gök Tanrı (Şamanizm) inancına bağlı Türkler tarafından yazıldığını/çizildiğini düşündüğümüz bu yazıtların çevresinde, eski Türk yerleşimleri ve eski Türk mezarları olan tümülüsler de bulunmaktadır. Esatlı kaya üstü resimleri ve kitabelerinin diğer önemli bir özelliği de petroglif, ideogram, piktogram, damga, hece, yarı hece ve harfe doğru olan yolculuğunun takip edilebilmesidir. Yani petrogliften harfe doğru yolcululuğun pek çok aşamasına burada rastlamak mümkündür. In this study, they are introduced images carved in rock which we have found during our field research in Ordu city, Mesudiye count, Esatlı village in 1994. These images and figures that had been written/drawn in first centuries of the Christ in our opinion, are the most important ones among existent ones in whole geography beginning from Siberia reaching to France, Portugal. In surroundings of those inscriptions which we think they had been written/drawn by Turks believed in Tengriism (Shamanism), there are also tumulus/tumuli that are old Turkish settlement and old Turkish graveyards. Another significance of petroglyphs and inscriptions in Esatlı is to be able to see the evolution of this chain: petroglyph, ideogram, pictogram, marker, syllable, semi-syllable and letter. The Ottoman State, being parallel to its continuously growing and following active policies in the world politics, continuously renovated itself. Contemporary and modern historians starts the stagnation of the Otoman State from late 16th century. Long lasting wars brought the corruption of economy along and the regression became inevitable when also added incompetence of the Statesmen. The most important factor in the stagnation of the Ottoman State became the change in the inheritance procedure. The corruption in the inheritance system became effective in the corruption of the army and navy. That there were great problems in Timarli Sipahis, taxes increased more and villagers fell into the hands of usurers churned agricultural system deeply and the people escaped leaving their villages. As a result, the State started the struggle to make reforms as of 17th century to eliminate emerging disorders. 17th century reforms made based on the power and violence couldn’t find much development opportunity. The most characteristic speciality of this term reforms is that they were made depending on persons. There wasn’t the effect of Europe in renovations made and studies to bring the Ottoman State back to its previous powerful terms were made. Bu temel beceriler içerisinde eleştirel düşünme becerisi, bireylerin “kuşku temelli sorgulayıcı bir yaklaşımla konulara bakmalarını, yorum yapmalarını, karar vermelerini” ve etkili bir biçimde öğrenmelerini sağlamaktadır. Bu becerinin öğrencilerde kazanım hâline dönüşmesinde, Türkçe öğretmenlerinin eleştirel düşünme tutumları son derece önemlidir. Bu sebeple özellikle Türkçe öğretmenlerinin ve öğretmen adaylarının eleştirel düşünme tutumlarının ne olduğu ve hangi değişkenlerden etkilendiği incelenmelidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının eleştirel düşünme tutumlarının çeşitli değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterip göstermediklerini tespit etmeye çalışmaktır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Gazi Üniversitesi Gazi Eğitim Fakültesi Türkçe Öğretmenliği Ana Bilim Dalı dördüncü sınıfta öğrenim gören 144 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Likert tipi eleştirel düşünme tutum ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde Bağımsız Gruplarda t-Testi, Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (ANOVA) ve tanımlayıcı istatistikler kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının eleştirel düşünme becerisi bakımından orta düzeyde oldukları ve eleştirel düşünme becerisine sahip olma durumlarının cinsiyet, yaş, öğretim durumu, anne ve baba eğitim durumu, anne ve baba mesleği, gelir durumu, lisede okunan alan, mezun olunan lise türü, kitap ve gazete okuma sıklığı değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde farklılık göstermediği ortaya çıkmıştır. In accordance with regenerated Turkish teaching programmes in 2004-2005, it has been aimed to bring up individuals who are “using language clearly, effectively, thinking as critically and examined knowledges”. Critical thinking ability has provided to individuals a “doubt-based approach, interpreting and decisioning with this approach”. While converting this ability to acqusition for learners, Turkish teachers’ critical thinking attitudes are very important. For this reason, it must be examined that what Turkish teachers’ and candidates’ critical thinking attitude and what they are impressed by difference variable. This study have been aimed that Turkish teacher candidates’ critical thinking attitudes’ changing according to difference variables. 144 students who are in Gazi University Gazi Education Faculty Department of Turkish Teaching has been constituted this research’s exemplify. For data gathering, Likert-based critical thinking attitude scale has been used in this research. For data analysis, t-tests in independence group, ANOVA and descriptive statistics have been used in this research. According to research conclusion, in terms of critical thinking ability, Turkish teacher candidates are in middle level. Also, conclusions showed that their attitudes are not impressed by their gender, age, school, parents’ education, yearly income, high school type, reading book and newspaper. Düşen ünsüzün yeri açısından; kelime başı, içi ve sonu ile ek başı ve sonunda ünsüz düşmeleri görülmektedir. The consonant drops not being the basic sounds of Turkish as the main reasons of the consonant drops in Turkish are of three basic reasons such as the drops occuring while taking the foreing words by making them appropriate into the language structure, the drops of Turkish main consonants in the formation of the dialect, accent and mouths depending on the social preferences and the drops depending on the sound features. With respect to the case of the dropped consonants; the permanent drops show the drops reflected to the writtrn languages, the temporary drops show the ones seen at mounths and changable ones from region to region in a written language. Dişlerin iriliği, biçimi ve tüberküllerin yapısı, temelde genlerimiz tarafından belirlenir. Bu sadece taç ve kökü değil, aynı zamanda bir dişin sayısız özelliklerini de kapsar. Diş minesi kemiklerin aksine yaşayan bir doku olmadığından, bireyin yaşamı boyunca artan ya da azalan fonksiyonlara bağlı olarak yeniden şekillenmez. Ölçü farklılığı genellikle çıplak gözle görülenden çok daha az olduğundan, aralarındaki bu hassas farklılığı anlamak için Altıntepe Urartu iskeletlerine ait daimi dişlerde milimetrik ölçüler kullanılmıştır. Tuşpa’nın 2 km. kuzeyinde bulunan Altıntepe nekropol alanında yapılan kazılar sonucunda, toplam 38 mezardan 152 bireye ait iskelet kalıntıları ele geçirilmiştir. Bu çalışma kapsamında, Altıntepe Urartu erişkin bireylerine ait alt ve üst daimi dişlerde, mesio-distal (n: 684) ve bucco-lingual (n: 693) ölçüler alınmış, elde edilen metrik veriler, diğer eski Anadolu toplumlarından elde edilen verilerle karşılaştırılarak, aralarındaki benzerlik ve farklılıklar ortaya konulmuştur. Mesio-distal ve bucco-lingual değerlerden faydalanarak, mevcut dişlerde ortalama taç alan ve taç endis değerleri de hesaplanmış, elde edilen metrik değerler, eski Anadolu toplumlarından elde edilen değerlerle birlikte ele alınarak, mevcut verilere, toplumları benzerliklerine göre gruplarda veya kümelerde toplayan birçok değişkenli bir istatistik analizi olan Cluster (Kümeleme) Analizi uygulanmıştır. Analiz sonucunda, Altıntepe Urartu toplumunun, Van-Karagündüz Erken Demir Çağ ve Kütahya Ağızören Hitit toplumlarına biyolojik ve çevresel açılardan yakınlık gösterdiği ortaya konulmuştur. It has been shown that under the pressure of natural selection, tooth size varies over time among societies. The study of metric size variation is a common method used by anthropologists to investigate the morphologic relationships in archaeological Anatolian societies. The size, shape, and structure of the tubercles of teeth is primarily determined by genes. The integral role of genes does not only apply to the crown and roots, but also to numerous features of the tooth. In this study conducted at the Urartu Altıntepe site, skeletal measurements were taken to understand the critical differences in size and morphology among the individuals. The data for this study in the Altıntepe necropol area is comprised from 152 individuals from 38 graves from which mesio-distal measurements were taken from 684 permanent teeth and bucco-lingual measurements were collected from 693 permanent teeth. The measurements taken from upper and lower left teeth were graphed in a statistical Cluster analysis to reveal dental similarities in community groups. The data results show that the Altıntepe Urartu community shares tooth size similarities with the Van-Karagündüz society of the Early Iron Age and the Kütahya Ağızören Hittite society.
